The mission of the Cleveland State Payroll Department is to deliver timely and accurate payments, fulfill requests initiated internally or externally, adhere to retirement reporting requirements, and ensure all client, regulatory requirements, and deadlines are met while providing great customer service to the Campus Community and beyond.  

The responsibilities of the Payroll Office include:

• Processing payroll for all University employees including students who are employed by the University.
• Assisting employees with payroll problems and questions including all payroll checks, tax, and deduction processing.
• Preparing and mailing W-2's and/or 1042S's to employees.
• OPERS and STRS retirement reporting.
• Tax adjustments for Staff Development and Student Fee Authorization.
• Maintaining all international student and staff tax form information.

myProfile Payroll

With myProfile Payroll,  active employees can view paychecks, update federal and state withholding, access W-2 forms for years prior to 2023, and view direct deposit accounts. Starting with 2023, you can now access your 2023 and future W-2 forms through ADP's W-2 services.  Click on link below for instructions to access your 2023 W-2.
