On Campus Cessation Services
The ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ on-campus Health and Wellness Services clinic and Counseling Center both offer in-person and telephonic tobacco cessation services. Students and employees can call 216.687.3649 to schedule an appointment with the on-campus clinic. Students can call the Counseling Center at 216-687-2277.
The Ohio Tobacco Quit Line
The is a tobacco cessation resource available to uninsured individuals, Medicaid recipients, pregnant women and members of the Ohio Tobacco Collaborative free of charge.
The Quit Line is designed for people who are ready to quit using tobacco, and people who want to make sure they have the support and the motivation to stay tobacco free. When you call and enroll, you’re paired with an experienced quit specialist who will work with you to set a quit date and design a quit plan customized to your pattern of tobacco use. The program includes an online component. Free nicotine patches and gum are available to help you quit.
