We are excited to provide housing to Neighboring Institutions on campus at Cleveland State!

If you are a student at an institution other than Cleveland State, but are looking to live in Downtown Cleveland, ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ has great options for you! Our on-campus apartments come fully furnished, all utilities included, and close to downtown. 

Step 1- Complete the ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ Personal Date Worksheet to become a ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ Affiliate- this gets you a ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ ID, email address, and access to a student account and services. 

Step 2- Once we receive your ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ Student Information, you will get access to sign your Housing Contract online- you will hear from us when this step is ready for you to complete. 

*As you complete the contract you will indicate which dates you are looking to live on campus. Students can choose to live for summer, just a semester, the entire academic year or multiple years. 

- Students can move in starting May 24, 2024. 

- Students can move in starting August 22, 2024. 

*If you need other date accommodations, you can indicate this as you sign your contract.
