Spread the word! Pay eligible parking citations issued from July 1 through November 15, 2024, with a donation of PEANUT BUTTER.

ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ Parking and Transportation Services is excited to host our 9^th annual Food for Fines campaign starting October 14 through November 15, 2024.

During the campaign, customers can pay their parking citations with a peanut butter donation.  Paying citations with peanut butter has a dual benefit for the university community, as at the end of the campaign all donations will be delivered to the Lift Up Vikes! Resource Center & Food Pantry.  Lift Up Vikes! is ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ's on-campus Student Resource Center that helps students reach their full academic and personal potential by providing access to healthy and nutritious food, as well as other necessities.

Eligibility

Receive up to a $45 credit by donating a minimum of 96 oz. (six, 16oz jars) of peanut butter.

• Credit eligible for the citations issued from July 1 through November 15, 2024.

How to Pay

Bring your peanut butter donation to Parking and Transportation Services.

Rules

• Allergen-friendly donations of sun butter or other nut butters are also accepted in the volume indicated above.
• Remaining balances over $45 must be paid before the credit may be applied.
• $45 credit may not be applied to previously paid or boot citations.

•  Upheld appeals after donations are not eligible for a credit or refund.
• Citations that are less than $45 will be considered paid in full. No credit or cash value for the remaining balance.

• Donations exceeding 96 ounces do not receive additional credit and do not carry over to future citations.
• Peanut butter must be sealed and unopened.

Parking and Transportation Services also welcomes and encourages donations without citations.
