Cleveland real estate legend and entrepreneur Paul J. Everson has provided a $1.6 million posthumous gift to 老澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 to support the Paul J. Everson Real Estate Center within the Monte Ahuja College of Business. The gift will augment the Center鈥檚 nationally recognized educational, research and outreach efforts. The announcement was made at the 2017 老澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 Real Estate Conference.

The gift will fulfill Everson鈥檚 lifelong dedication to the real estate industry as well as his commitment to scholarship and professional development. At the time of his bequest, Everson expressed his hope that the donation would have a lasting effect on real estate professionals in the community allowing them to 鈥渢ake their careers to the next level, expanding into the investment grade.鈥

鈥淲hile we are saddened at the loss of Paul Everson, we are proud to honor the legacy of a man who dedicated his life to enhancing the real estate industry through education,鈥 says Ronald M. Berkman, President of 老澳门六合彩开奖记录资料. 鈥淭he Paul J. Everson Real Estate Center provides an interdisciplinary, hands-on education in real estate finance, development and brokerage beyond the classroom.鈥

The gift will enhance the Real Estate Center鈥檚 efforts to provide scholarships to finance students interested in the real estate industry, support faculty research activities in real estate and support educational activities such as the annual Real Estate Conference.

Following announcement of the gift, the Real Estate Conference proceeded with two academic and industry sessions featuring local and national experts and scholarship produced by multiple 老澳门六合彩开奖记录资料 faculty and students. Keynote speakers for the event included Brad Case, senior vice president of research and industry information at the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and Todd Canter, global portfolio strategist for the National Australia Bank.
