The Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs has been selected as the and was recognized at the Fourth Annual Vibrant NEO Award Ceremony on November 18, 2021.
The program honors organizations, individuals, communities, and programs that are doing work to help build a resilient, more equitable region that aligns with principles of Vibrant NEO鈥檚 planning framework.
The Levin College was selected as the 2021 Regional Champion for playing a leading role in supporting regional collaboration and creating vibrant communities.
The Levin College has been selected as the 2021 Vibrant NEO Regional Champion and were recognized on November 18, 2021 at the Fourth Annual Vibrant NEO Award Ceremony.
The Vibrant NEO Awards celebrate champions who are making Northeast Ohio a more sustainable, vibrant, and resilient region for all residents. The program honors organizations, individuals, communities, and programs that are doing work to help build a stronger, more equitable region that align with the principles of the Vibrant NEO planning framework.

Dr. Anglin served as the virtual ceremony鈥檚 keynote speaker.

鈥淭he award recognizes all of the work that the College has done to foster regional collaboration,鈥 said Kathryn Hexter, chair of the Vibrant NEO Regional Champion Program Committee, Vibrant NEO Board.
鈥淭he College has been a valued partner of Vibrant NEO since it began with the Northeast Ohio Sustainable Communities Consortium (NEOSCC) grant in 2014, and before NEOSCC, the College played a leadership role addressing the need for regional collaboration and cooperation.鈥
